Central Film School

Central Film School is a specialist Higher Education Institution based in Clapham, SW London. Our programmes include degrees in Screenwriting, Practical Filmmaking and  Acting for Screen as well as a range of short courses and a teen Summer Camp. The school has been providing students from all over the world with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the screen industries since 2008. Students benefit by learning from screen industry professionals as well as having access to state of the art facilities. Each of our courses are internationally recognised and validated by Falmouth University, a top-ranked Arts University in the UK.

BA (Hons) Screenwriting Degree
This is a 2 year accelerated degree that is designed to teach students the platforms, audiences, genres, and writing skills that a professional screenwriter needs to have a successful career in the creative sector.

MA Screenwriting (Online) Degree
This Postgraduate course is a specialised 2 year part-time programme allowing you the flexibility to work while training as a screenwriter. The course enhances students’ creative voice and writing style as they develop the essential skills needed to pursue a career as a Screenwriter.
