Iain is a writer/producer from Dorset, working internationally across film and television. His first original TV series Truelove was released on Channel 4 on 3rd January this year to rave reviews.
The Guardian called it, “an exquisite drama”; The Times, “a definite must-watch”; and The Telegraph, “Glorious”; while The New Statesman described it as “a series that does so many good things at once, it fairly restores my faith in TV drama”. Iain was lead writer and Executive Producer on the series, which he co-created with Charlie Covell, who served as a non-writing EP. Truelove was produced by Clerkenwell Films and stars Lindsay Duncan and Clarke Peters.
Iain has also recently written two episodes on a new crime drama series from Ozark Showrunner Mark Williams. Previously, he has written on Charlie Covell’s upcoming series Kaos (Netflix); series 2 of Temple for Sky (Hera Pictures); and Humans for Channel 4. His feature film Golden Dream is being developed with Michael Nakan attached to produce and Alexi Tan to direct.
