Will is currently the Joint Managing Director of Tiger Aspect Productions, internationally recognised as one of the UK’s most successful and prolific independent television production companies. Tiger’s portfolio includes Children’s/Animation, Comedy, Drama, Entertainment and Factual/Features genres.
Will’s career in television began working for Damien Timmer as a script editor on the ITV soap Night and Day. He went on to work on ITV’s Hornblower before moving to Carnival to co-produce on the third series of C4’s ground-breaking teen drama As-If. Will joined Tiger Aspect’s Drama team as a Script Editor in 2005 before becoming Development Producer and then Producer. He became an Executive Producer in 2011, and then took over as Head of Drama in October 2012. Will became co-MD of Tiger Aspect Drama in 2016 and took his current role in February 2017.
His most recent credits include Peaky Blinders (BBC Two), Ripper Street (Amazon/BBC), Good Karma Hospital (ITV), Decline and Fall (BBC One), Mad Fat Diary (E4), Cuffs (BBC One) and Public Enemies (BBC One). He also worked on the critically acclaimed last two series of BBC One’s enduring hit Murphy’s Law, and produced The Things I Haven’t Told You.
