Join the cast, crew and an amazing tribe of backers and followers for the premiere screening of ‘Seeing Him’.
Five years in the making, this extraordinary short film is the product of a dedicated team of passionate, driven and exceptionally talented filmmakers coming together and working their behinds off to make this little slice of cinematic magic!
Spearheaded by the LSF’s own Vanessa Bailey who not only wrote the screenplay (her first) but produced, funded and stars in the film as well. This was a real tour de force and we could not be happier to see this beautiful film finally come to fruition. Join Vanessa and her cast and crew for a night to remember and an exceptional short film that you wont forget!
When: Saturday 17th June 2017
Time: 6pm – 8pm
Where: Prince Charles Cinema, 7 Leicester Place, WC2H 7BY
The screening will be followed by a moderated Q&A panel with the cast and key crew. They will share the highs and lows, the exceptional challenges that were overcome, the processes behind developing the script, casting the actors, creating the characters and building the crew. Hear the team open up the story behind the story – how, against the odds, the film was dragged into existence through the sheer passion and determination of the people involved.
Then celebrate with us at the after-party at the Phoenix Artist Club (1 Phoenix Street, WC2H 8BU), nigh-on a hop, skip and a jump away from the Prince Charles Cinema. Join us from 8pm onwards for a drink, make new friends, have your photo taken with the cast and maybe even have a cheeky wiggle on the dance floor if the mood takes you ;-)
See you there!
