Nicola Larder joined team Buccaneer by pitching Marcella to Tony Wood as an 8 part series penned by Scandi-noir writer, Hans Rosenfeldt. Marcella was Hans’ first show in the UK.
Before joining Buccaneer, Nicola has enjoyed success creating original formats including Mr Eleven for ITV1 and has produced major series, Casualty and Waterloo Road for BBC1. She’s also worked as an In-house Executive for Sky Atlantic’s The Tunnel and Sky Living’s Dracula. Nicola loves getting to tell stories for a living.
