Saskia Schuster is Head of Scripted at Fulwell 73, where she develops drama and scripted comedy.  She joined Fulwell a year ago, having spent six years at ITV as Head of Comedy as well as founding Comedy 50:50, an initiative to address gender imbalance in the industry (see comedy5050.com).  While at ITV Saskia commissioned comedy drama, scripted comedy and comedy entertainment including shows such as Kate And Koji, Bad Move, Benidorm, Birds of A Feather, Vicious, Timewasters, Plebs, Don’t Hate The Playaz, The Stand Up Sketch Show, and Celebrity Juice.

Before ITV, Saskia was a comedy commissioner at Sky and her shows included the Little Crackers series, PsychoBitches, Trying Again, Nixon’s The One, The Kumars, The Spa and A Young Doctor’s Notebook.

At Toff Media, Saskia was Development Executive where among other projects she executive produced The Armstrong and Miller Show both for BBC1 and for the live national tour.    Prior to this, Saskia worked at Objective Productions as Head of Scripted Development, working on all narrative output including Peep Show, Star Stories and Pete vs. Life.
